By placing an order, the customer confirms that the provided details are accurate. Orders are accepted after email and/or phone confirmation.

Payment is currently cash on delivery. Prices are in EUR.

Delivery is handled by courier to an address, office, or locker as selected at checkout. Timeframes are indicative.

For returns or complaints, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Personalized items may have limitations.
